Classical Literature 

My definition of classical literature is the novel which you most desire to introduce to your children and calls to you from the depth of memory insistently throughout your lifetime.

It is laced with multiple layers of themes and awakens your consciousness and conscience, compelling you to saturate your brain with its thought-provoking subject matter.

The classic novel is timeless; parallels can be found throughout history, striking fear into all observers of contemporary political commentary, the growth of corporate monopolisation of global finance and the silencing of anyone questioning “the consensus”.
